Our technicians set up the workstations, laptops, computers or other hardware; tag the assets as required; image the machines; configure BIOS and the hardware. We recycle the packaging and deliver your devices in a consolidated way, ready to be integrated into your environment.
When your devices are not functioning properly, your IT staff conducts level 1 troubleshooting. Using our web-based warranty portal, they can place orders for replacements. Our technicians will deliver and install the parts, and troubleshoot any new issues as they arise. We’ll perform further diagnostic and order more parts if necessary.
When your devices and hardware reach the end of their life, we safely remove and recycle all the equipment for you. Data wiping will be performed as necessary.
